Responsibilities
Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to
Commercial water heaters
Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls
Tankless water heaters & combo units
Circulating pumps
Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to
Hot water & steam heating boilers
Forced air & air conditioning units
Heat pumps
Chilling towers
Qualification
Required
3 years' experience in commercial HVAC
Strong knowledge of electrical systems
CFC Certified
Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools
Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces
Use of ladders for roof access
