Therapy Awareness Director

Responsibilities

Partner with targeted Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers, based on data-driven prioritization and Commercial Excellence alignment, to support funnel review, right-to-left strategy, and patient identification pipeline development
Support accounts in strengthening referral, screening, and therapy adoption practices to improve consistency and conversion
Leverage prior clinic and program management experience to help field teams and healthcare providers develop sustainable heart failure programs
Engage with healthcare providers to support program-level patient identification, referral pathways, and sustainable adoption models within approved labeling
Coach and support field teams on effective provider engagement, influence, and clinical positioning using approved materials, messaging, and evidence
Partner with Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account strategy discussions and priority customer engagements
Collaborate with Education & Training and Medical Affairs to inform and refine field-ready talk tracks, tools, and resources using approved clinical evidence and program best practices
Serve as a clinical enablement resource for sales leadership and field teams
Facilitate P2P education with cardiologists, heart failure specialists, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
Support the planning and execution of Dinner Programs, Lunch & Learns, hospital in-services, and clinic-based education programs in alignment with Medical Affairs, Education & Training and Clinical Leadership
In partnership with Education & Training, Clinical Leadership, and Medical Affairs, contribute to the customization and adaptation of approved educational materials to meet the needs of physicians, APPs, nurses, and administrators within established compliance guidelines
Support post-implementation education, adoption reinforcement, and best-practice sharing across priority accounts
Collaborate with cross functionally with Sales and Marketing, Education and Training, Clinical Leadership, and Medical Affairs to support development and delivery of approved training and customer-facing materials
Act as Advanced Clinical Expert internally within defined targeted accounts and within the organization
Provide implementation opportunity forecasting and update account/opportunity detail to Manager and Salesforce CRM System
May participate in onboarding and ongoing development of new field team members
Ensure all external engagement aligns with applicable regulatory, compliance, and company standards
Escalate scientific, regulatory, and off-label inquiries to Medical Affairs as appropriate
Provide structured field feedback to Commercial Excellence, R&D, and Clinical teams to inform program development and adoption strategies
Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities impacting patient identification, program performance, and pipeline development
Contribute to the continuous refinement of clinical enablement and adoption models

Required

Clinical background: RN, BSN, MSN, PA or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Prefer that degree is in Nursing, or other medical discipline
5+ years of relevant working experience required, working in a team selling environment
Minimum 8+ years' experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or technology-based products, specific to 3D Cardiac Mapping
Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry while remaining current on developments in field(s) of expertise, regulatory requirements, and a good working knowledge of company and competitor products, markets, and objectives as well as industry trends
Prior Sales Experience: accountable for the direct sales of capital and disposables in a territory

Experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution
Developed leadership skills/experience, including the ability to map task interdependencies, prioritize such tasks, and develop, monitor, and live within budgets as well as the demonstrated ability to forecast major milestones
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects, while effectively training and mentoring others
Strong comprehensive communications skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
Competent in computer operation including Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Understanding of both the technology and capabilities of CVRx Barostim, market and customer dynamics, and functional operations across departments

Preferred

MBA is a plus
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to change course as needed
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
Commercial experience with implantable class II or III medical devices
Project Management Professional (PMP)
