Buchanan Technologies is seeking an onsite Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on end-user and executive support. This role focuses on desktop support, white-glove customer service, and day-to-day end-user technology needs, while also managing technical issues and maintaining strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and end-user support (hardware/software troubleshooting)
Deliver white-glove service to executives and key stakeholders
Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Handle onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and user provisioning
Troubleshoot O365, Teams, and standard business applications
Manage tickets and incidents through ITSM tools
Act as the primary onsite escalation point for technical issues
Maintain strong communication and customer relationships

Required

3–5+ years desktop / end-user support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting executives (white-glove support)
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Professional presence and strong ownership mindset
Experience with Windows, O365, Active Directory

Preferred

Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) administration
Intune device management
Basic Azure troubleshooting/support
Account management, device compliance, and policy enforcement
