Responsibilities
Streamline communication and collaboration across teams by creating and maintaining clear documentation for product insights, processes, and key decisions
Support prioritization efforts by providing well-organized data and product inputs that help teams focus on what matters most
Make information easy to find by building self-serve resources, so team members can access the details they need without relying on ad hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion
Humility: You're not afraid to ask 'stupid' questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them)
Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are
Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Preferred
Familiarity with B2B / enterprise SaaS product development and sales
Familiarity with product management principles and best practices
Familiarity with security and privacy concepts
