Responsibilities
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and distribution location
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor and contractor sign-in and/or sign-out, and directing guests to approved areas
Coordinate vehicle and delivery access by checking driver credentials, confirming appointments and/or shipping documents, documenting inbound and outbound traffic, and communicating with site contacts as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifications, documentation, and support for site instructions and local responders
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, loading docks, and exterior areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related or maintenance concerns
Qualification
Required
Be at least 21+ years of age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
