Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the group’s transfer pricing strategy in line with global business objectives and compliance requirements
Provide support to the global transfer pricing group, including in the development and execution of global transfer pricing policies
Support in responding to information requests in Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and other resolution proceedings
Support data requests in the course of transfer pricing audits, inquiries, and disputes
Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day transfer pricing queries from internal stakeholders
Support the transfer pricing team in the review and presentation of quantitative data and in developing and reviewing financial models
Analyze and document transfer pricing policies
Support the preparation and review of transfer pricing calculations for compliance, forecasting, dispute resolution proceedings and reporting
Development and review of global transfer pricing compliance, including local files, master file, benchmarking studies and modeling with the assistance of outside service providers
Lead several key TP processes and support automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing with Big Four accounting/ consulting firm and/or large multinational group
Qualified accountant, MBA, ACA or ACCA
Practical technical knowledge of economic transfer pricing principles, US TP regulations and OECD Guidelines
Proven ability to solve complex transfer pricing issues
Proven quantitative skills relevant for TP policy development and controversy including building transfer pricing economic models
Ability to lead the day-to-day transfer pricing operations with minimal supervision
