Responsibilities
Deliver extraordinary customer experience and IT support to all Resmedians
Assist with active directory, phone and ticket support system (globally)
Support autopilot imaging of machines
Support audio/visual and conference rooms
Support hardware and network systems, phone and video conference equipment
Collaborate with the global IT team and perform other projects and duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2025 during 'A cohort'; program dates are May 18th – August 7th, 2026
Academic studies that will lead to a bachelor's or master's degree in either computer science, IT, Cybersecurity or related fields
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the support of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications suites in a Windows 10/11 and Mac environment
