Responsibilities
Establish and manage comprehensive project timelines from deal signing to closing
Coordinate with Technical Accounting, Tax, and Global Risk teams on asset identification and valuation requirements
Oversee third-party valuation vendor activities, including project scoping and methodology validation
Perform detailed quality assurance, including report reviews and benchmark analysis
Lead audit defenses, maintaining detailed control files and ensuring ledger accuracy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in US GAAP and financial statement analysis
Experience in Transaction Advisory, Accounting, and Corporate Finance
Strong multitasking capabilities and exceptional attention to detail
Prior experience in Transaction Advisory (e.g., Big Four), or relevant Corporate Finance and Development teams
