Providing support to the Care Management team who coordinates care for identified members/patients throughout the healthcare continuum
Working closely as a healthcare team member and performing clerical tasks related to the overall team functions and activities identified during the initial and ongoing assessment and management of members/patients

Required

Coursework/Training - Medical Terminology coursework or working knowledge of Medical Terminology
1 year - Healthcare

Preferred

Associate's Degree - In a related field
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) upon hire
Managed care or case management
Experience with Mcg Care Guidelines, Touchwork, IDX, Meditech
