Responsibilities

Position will interact with dispatch, sales, and billing to resolve customer issues as they may arise

Position will require the employee to research accounts with disputes and make the appropriate adjustments

Prepare ticketed material sales for invoicing

Must perform customer service, research, and correct any inaccurate invoicing

Maintenance of files

Other duties as assigned per supervisor

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

One to two years related experience and/or a combination of both

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Ability to write correspondence

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately

Knowledge of Database software, internet software, Order processing systems, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software

Preferred

Ability to speak a foreign language a plus

Previous experience in a related field is a plus
