Responsibilities
Serve as the OSP systems liaison to UAB Central Administration
Perform as a team lead of system conversion and implementation projects
Provides support for OSP personnel regarding the processing of complex research projects, including proper workload assignment and system structure
Revises and creates OSP internal SOPs, workflows, and process documents as needed for system implementation
Designs efficient error correction process to ensure errors are identified and corrected in a timely fashion
Serves as OSP website content administrator, ensuring OSP web content is updated in a timely manner
Leads the OSP testing and validation efforts for current systems and future upgrades to ensure issue timely identification and resolution
Performs OSP report validation to ensure accuracy of information derived from the system for internal and external users
Assists as needed to resolve data clean-up efforts
Assists with quarterly NIH reconciliation project
Completes special projects as assigned by the Associate Director
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
five (5) years of related experience
