Mid, Senior LevelEvents to a T is a luxury event design and planning company creating beautifully curated celebrations. They are seeking a creative, detail-driven Event Designer to lead the design direction, planning, and execution of events from initial concept through final production.

Responsibilities
Lead the creative design, planning, and execution of approximately 15 events annually
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication from concept development through event day
Develop professional proposals, design decks, diagrams, and presentation materials aligned with brand standards
Manage event budgets and pricing to achieve established revenue and margin goals
Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistics and execution
Oversee onsite event execution, maintaining design integrity, client satisfaction, and brand standards
Supervise onsite staff and vendor teams, providing clear leadership and direction
Maintain accurate documentation and follow company SOPs, timelines, and deliverables
Research and incorporate current design trends to enhance event creativity and brand positioning
Qualification
Required
Experienced in event design, planning, or production, ideally in weddings, social, or design-forward events
Strong creative eye with the ability to translate vision into functional event environments
Confident leading clients, presentations, and vendor relationships
Organized and comfortable managing multiple event timelines simultaneously
Financially aware, with experience managing budgets and margins
A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and working as part of a creative team
Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under event day pressure
