Responsibilities
Support and maintain broadcast and IT infrastructure in production environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across IT and media systems
Configure and support network infrastructure including switching, routing, VLANs, and firewall rules
Implement and maintain network security best practices
Perform preventative maintenance and system health checks
Assist with system deployments, upgrades, and expansions
Provide technical support to internal teams and clients
Document system configurations and procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with IT troubleshooting and technical support
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching
Experience supporting secure, production-grade environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and ability to work effectively with a team
Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues
Preferred
Experience in broadcast, media, or live production environments
Familiarity with broadcast-adjacent technologies such as IP video, NDI, Dante, or SDI workflows
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+
Experience with enterprise or prosumer networking platforms like Cisco, Meraki, or Ubiquiti
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
