Responsibilities
Document the integration of diverse telecommunications technologies - including radio, fiber, and cloud - into cohesive, operational systems
Develop and execute test documentation, support troubleshooting efforts, and verify that system interfaces meet functional and performance requirements
Create clear documentation supporting the installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware, software, and network components
Prepare and maintain comprehensive system design, installation, and operational manuals to support engineering, operations, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain an active Public Trust clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required
Experience: 5+ years in mid-to-senior integration roles, with demonstrated success leading end-to-end system integration efforts - from requirements through deployment
Integration Expertise: Strong experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), enterprise service buses, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Kafka
Networking & Security: Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls, along with modern security standards including OAuth, SAML, and PKI
Cloud & Virtualization: Hands-on experience with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, plus containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
Automation & Programming: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Java to automate workflows and integrate complex systems
Systems Administration: Strong Linux/Unix skills, including command-line operations, logging, shell scripting, and storage solutions (NAS/SAN)
