Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and direction for clinical team and operations across the organization
Partner with executive leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and initiatives
Foster a positive culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure effective service delivery and patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and monitor clinical workflows, policies, and procedures
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and efficient utilization of clinical resources
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and payer requirements
Monitor quality metrics, patient outcomes, and performance indicators; implement corrective actions as needed
Lead clinical audits, assist with developing strategy for quality improvement initiatives, and risk management activities
Lead, mentor, coach and evaluate clinical leadership and staff
Collaborate with operations, billing, compliance, and other departments to support integrated care delivery
Promote professional development and ongoing clinical education
Analyze operational data and trends to drive performance improvements
Support initiatives that improve productivity, service utilization, and patient satisfaction
