Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with external and internal teams, graphic designers, and coordinators to craft and deliver compelling email/SMS strategies tailored for your clients
Oversee the daily scope of retention marketing projects to ensure timely deployment
Monitor marketing calendar and testing roadmaps including campaign and delivery performance daily
Segment email lists effectively and establish systems for nurturing campaigns directed at various e-commerce audiences
Manage and expand the subscriber database to enhance the email list and boost response rates
Brief out and support the graphic design team in creating highly responsive and impactful emails optimized for increased conversions
Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and continually enhance ROI through data-driven insights
Assist in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps to meet performance metrics and integrate across retention channels
Analyze holistic E-commerce performance including email marketing analytics and generate performance reports for inclusion in the marketing dashboard
Monitor user experience issues affecting the email marketing program to ensure timely resolution
Perform any other duties as assigned related to clients and retention email marketing
Qualification
Required
Experience in email and SMS marketing initiatives
Ability to lead strategy, project management, and analysis of marketing programs
Holistic view of customer touchpoints during the shopping journey
Experience managing accounts for Shopify brands
Strong communication skills for client interaction
Ability to oversee project timelines and retention strategies
Experience collaborating with graphic designers and coordinators
Ability to monitor marketing calendars and campaign performance
Experience in segmenting email lists and nurturing campaigns
Ability to manage and expand subscriber databases
Experience in briefing graphic design teams for email creation
Ability to measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns
Experience in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps
Ability to analyze E-commerce performance and generate reports
