Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise network solutions supporting cloud platforms such as Snowflake and SimCorp
Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure aligned with enterprise goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to support investment and data platforms including: BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, Bloomberg, State Street Bank
Implement automated monitoring and failover mechanisms
Design alternate connectivity paths for critical systems
Ensure uninterrupted access to core investment platforms
Design and implement: Software Defined Networking (SDN), Software Defined Access (SDA), SD-WAN, Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform for automation
Align advanced technologies with enterprise performance and security objectives
Provide Level II/III support for enterprise data networks
Maintain and support: Firewalls, F5 load balancers, Infoblox IP management, Cisco ISE (port security), VPN and site-to-site tunnels, Wireless networks
Monitor systems using tools such as: SolarWinds, Cacti, Gigamon
Perform switching, routing, and device authentication tasks
Monitor and optimize network performance
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across enterprise systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise network architectures
5+ years of experience with SDN
5+ years of experience with SDA
5+ years of experience with SD-WAN
5+ years of experience with Cisco ISE
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VPNs, Firewalls, Load balancers, Routers and switches
