Responsibilities

Administer and support Autodesk (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Vault/ACC) and Bentley (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, ProjectWise) platforms
Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, styles, layers/levels, and feature definitions
Troubleshoot DREFs, XRefs, model references, coordinate systems, and interoperability challenges
Provide advanced end-user support and deliver training on CAD/BIM tools and workflows
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledgebase resources
Support automation initiatives using LISP, VBA, Dynamo, or Python
Ensure consistency, data integrity, and cross-platform alignment in project delivery
Collaborate with project teams to integrate DOT and other external standards
Contribute to modernization and process-improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field
7–12 years of AEC production drafting/design experience, including at least two years in a lead, standards, or support capacity
Proven experience supporting Autodesk and Bentley platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred

Autodesk/Bentley Certified Professional credentials or EIT
Experience with automation or scripting tools (LISP, VBA, Dynamo, Python)
Background or interest in IT, BIM management, or data science
Familiarity with visualization tools such as InfraWorks, Navisworks, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, or Blender
