Director, EMBA/FEMBA Career Strategy and Leadership Development
UCLA is seeking a Director for their EMBA/FEMBA Career Strategy and Leadership Development programs. This role will oversee all career and professional development activities, serve as an executive career coach, and manage leadership development initiatives for EMBA students.

Responsibilities
Directing all career and professional development activities, resources, and programs for UCLA Anderson's working professionals MBA Programs
Oversight of all career programming and career resources for these student populations
Serve as the executive career coach for individual career assistance to both student populations
Managing process for administering assessments (Birkman and 360)
Managing the Leadership Speaker Series
Working closely with the EMBA Program deans to identify leadership programming
Oversee the tracking of post-grad career outcomes of FEMBAs comprising quarterly market research for the creation, implementation and reporting of annual US News and World Report and Princeton Review Graduate Surveys
Represents UCLA Anderson Programs and CSD at events and conferences
Oversee and supervise the work of coaches, operations personnel, and any independent contractors associated with both the career and/or leadership development aspects of the EMBA and FEMBA programs
Supervise any work-study students
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of UCLA Anderson MBA Programs or other MBA Programs or equivalent experience in corporate
Must have current knowledge of leading trends and literature in leadership development. Solid familiarity with leadership development resources, outsourced providers, experts, and training materials
Ability to work effectively with UCLA Anderson faculty involved in EMBA/FEMBA leadership development initiatives
Must possess significant career coaching experience at an executive level in all aspects of career management, and an extensive knowledge of executive-level career development resources
Excellent program development and management skills. Must be experienced in designing, creating and implementing executive-level leadership and career development programs, including needs assessment, and program evaluation and enhancement
Excellent organizational, time management and execution skills. Must be able to set expectations effectively, follow-up with individuals, organize groups and successfully execute tasks and projects
Must have appropriate interpersonal skills to manage a diverse and demanding professional adult population. Ability to provide creative solutions for the specific needs of EMBA students
Demonstrated expertise in networking, marketing and recruiting targeted at executive-level professionals. Possess solid network of contacts with executive-level employment professionals and referral contacts for the EMBA students
Excellent written and presentation communication skills
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and travel on occasion
Knowledge of computerized scheduling programs, Microsoft Office and website design skills
Able to represent the school at conferences, seminars, employer forums and other professional
Preferred
ICF certification (ACC minimum) with two years of experience
Familiarity and experience with executive coaching. Possess the ability to provide leadership development/executive coaching to EMBA students
Ability to work with frequent interruptions
