Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and property managers
Answer phones, route calls, and respond to emails professionally
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation
Perform data entry and assist with correspondence and report preparation
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars as needed
Support customer and homeowner inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be residing on the island to be considered
Previous administrative or clerical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
