They are seeking a technically-minded Integrations Coordinator to manage, support, and facilitate integrations with leading property management systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for partners and optimizing existing integrations.

Responsibilities
Manage ongoing relationships and technical support for existing integrations with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, etc.)
Troubleshoot integration issues in real-time with property management partners and internal teams
Monitor integration performance, identify optimization opportunities, and coordinate improvement efforts
Maintain integration documentation, API specifications, and troubleshooting guides
Coordinate with development team to prioritize bug fixes and enhancements
Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering for new property management system integrations
Collaborate with VP of Product and Principal Engineer to design integration workflows and technical specifications
Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical flow documentation for development team
Guide property management partners through 6-8 week integration onboarding processes
Conduct integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing with partners
Work with Principal Engineer to design RESTful API integration architectures
Create and maintain technical documentation for internal teams and external partners
Perform basic MySQL database administration tasks to support integration data flows
Use Postman and similar tools for API testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Develop integration best practices and standardized processes
Serve as primary technical point of contact for property management partners during integration projects
Facilitate technical discussions between property management IT teams and OneApp development team
Present integration capabilities and technical requirements to prospective partners
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth partner experiences
Provide regular updates to leadership on integration pipeline and performance metrics
Analyze integration adoption patterns and identify barriers to successful implementations
Recommend improvements to integration processes, documentation, and partner onboarding
Contribute to product roadmap planning based on partner feedback and integration insights
Support development of integration standards and reusable components
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of experience in technical roles involving API integrations, systems integration, or technical consulting
Strong understanding of RESTful API frameworks and web services
Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases, including basic administration tasks
Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)
Experience creating technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience managing technical projects and coordinating with development teams
Comfort working in fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
Preferred
Experience with property management software systems (Yardi, MRI, Entrata, RealPage, AppFolio)
Background in SaaS integrations or B2B technical partnerships
Experience with JSON, XML, and data transformation processes
Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
Knowledge of real estate or property management industry processes
Experience with version control systems (Git) and development workflows
Previous customer-facing technical role experience
Understanding of data security and compliance requirements
