Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale full-stack features using Go and React.js
Collaborate with product managers to quickly prototype and deliver agentic AI features into production
Maintain and improve existing codebases from international teams, enforcing our global coding standards and review practices
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the stack, ensuring robust and reliable performance for customers
Provide urgent technical support when needed, including root-cause analysis and fast fixes for critical issues
Contribute to building AI workflows that integrate with LLMs, legal data graphs, and real-world legal use cases
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that is easy for a global team to maintain
Take part in design discussions, technical strategy, and code reviews to push innovation forward

Required

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field (3+ years experience), or 5+ years professional development experience
Strong backend expertise with Go (Golang)
Solid frontend development skills with React.js and modern frameworks
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, relational databases, and distributed systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, curiosity, and ownership mindset
Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
Flexibility of collaborating with engineers in Tokyo time zone

Preferred

Experience working in global or distributed engineering teams
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
A strong interest in AI agent applications and building innovative user-facing products
