Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally

Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and vendor teams to resolve tenant issues efficiently and ensure property upkeep

Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and resolutions

Assist in organizing tenant events, communications, and satisfaction surveys

Provide administrative support for property management operations, including preparing contracts and tracking vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance

Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Maintain updated points of contact for all properties and tenants

Respond to tenant requests politely, calmly, and efficiently, fostering positive tenant relations

Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external use

Arrange and attend new tenant orientation meetings; review move-in requirements, property information, and building rules

Maintain and order office supplies; monitor pricing for cost efficiency

Support office equipment upkeep and manage postage machine supplies

Conduct regular inspections of tenant spaces, common areas, and building grounds to ensure high standards of maintenance

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
