Start in 2026 SummerSteampunk, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking, well-rounded Business Operations Intern who will assist with a cross functional delivery team. The intern will help in performing project delivery excellence reviews, assessing project risk, and analyzing data to improve operational practices.

Responsibilities
Assist in performing project delivery excellence reviews
Assist in assessing project risk against defined quality metrics
Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and their supporting technologies
Analyze data to improve operational practices in the area of Quality
Collaborate and innovate to connect our people with the technology they need to build market relevant skills and be impactful to the business
Continually experience new and engaging opportunities, challenging work, flexibility, career sponsorship and mentoring, and recognition for your contributions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject areas
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Rising Junior, rising Senior or current Senior in college
Local to the DMV area
Practical experience generating process documentation and writing reports
Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
Ability to learn new skills, tools, and technology
Resourceful in overcoming obstacles
Critical thinker who will think outside the box
Understanding of the Agile software life-cycle
Research business and technical topics
