Self-starter with an interest in historic preservation
5 to 7 years of work experience as a Project Architect, or 6 to 10 years as a Project Manager
Registered Architect or in the process of taking the exams
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proven client engagement track record
Candidate should have one of the following: a Master Degree's with a concentration in historic preservation, a certificate in historic preservation, or served as the Project Architect on the renovation, restoration or adaptive reuse for a minimum of 3 national registered properties where the scope of work was reviewed and approved by a State or City Historic Preservation Office
