Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day project lead for the billing and revenue integration effort, coordinating across Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Systems teams
Manage two project resources, including an external consultant and an internal billings accountant, providing data execution support
Lead the migration of billing data from legacy systems into a new ERP environment, including data extraction, validation, mapping, and reconciliation
Oversee the structure and configuration of billing and revenue data within the ERP to ensure long-term scalability and compliance
Connect billing operations with revenue recognition workflows and partner closely with the revenue accounting team to ensure accuracy
Drive cross-functional communication, remove blockers, and enforce timelines to meet a firm project deadline
Ensure billing and revenue infrastructure is fully operational in advance of upcoming sales activity
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience in Revenue, Billing, Order-to-Cash, or related functions within a SaaS environment
Proven ability to lead integration projects, including ERP migrations (e.g., NetSuite)
Strong operational background with hands-on execution capability
Experience leading and managing junior team members and external consultants
Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and billing workflows
