Responsibilities
Installation, support, inventory, system enhancements and management of networked and non-networked hardware i.e. desktops, printers, peripherals, management of networked system/infrastructure i.e. WAN/LAN, cabling infrastructure, connectivity, etc
Installation, support, inventory, and management of local system applications
Problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with the end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner
Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support
Point of escalation for the IT Field Support Technicians
All other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 4 years in customer service / IT Support
Desktop operating systems, hardware, printers and peripherals, desktop applications (i.e. Microsoft Office products etc.)
Networking environments, and Microsoft
Infrastructure experience with configuration, management, and troubleshooting connectivity related issues
Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills
The individual must be able to communicate and have good team building skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science degree preferred in Information Systems or related field
