Responsibilities
Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
Develop a deep, end-to-end understanding of advertising formats, creative assets, buying experiences, the ad serving stack including retrieval, creative selection, bidding, and conversion modeling
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc)
Preferred
5 years of experience in a product management role
Experience working with and leading highly technical teams to investigation and resolve complex issues
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and ability to make nuanced product decisions and trade-offs
Experience in retail or video commerce
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills
