Enterprise Transformation Associate
Cypress HCM is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Associate to drive fact-based decision-making and execution across clients’ Enterprise business. The role involves supporting the development of enterprise growth plans and translating them into actionable initiatives while partnering with stakeholders to analyze data and deliver impactful recommendations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain financial and scenario models to inform executive decisions
Lead hands-on execution of priority initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams
Monitor progress against commitments; identify and resolve roadblocks
Conduct industry, market, and competitive analyses to uncover key trends and opportunities
Translate complex, ambiguous information into concise dashboards, reports, and presentations
Distill insights into clear, data-driven recommendations for enterprise GTM and partnerships
Facilitate structured, fact-based discussions with executives and sales leadership
Develop executive-ready slide decks articulating rationale for investments and go-to-market moves
Maintain strong relationships with sales, product, finance, and alliance teams to align on priorities
Define and document best practices for initiative planning, execution tracking, and decision protocols
Ensure consistent application of transformation office standards across enterprise projects
Support capability-building sessions and change management activities
Qualification
Required
2–3 years in consulting, tech strategy, corporate development, or investment banking
Skills: Tableau, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Salesforce; financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Mindset: Action-oriented, detail-focused, with a track record of problem-solving in ambiguous settings
Proven ability to drive alignment across functions in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree required
