HRIS Analyst-Workday
NFI is seeking a high-impact HRIS Analyst (Workday) to join their team as a trusted system administrator and subject matter expert. This role involves partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to optimize workflows and improve system functionality within Workday.
Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to SME and system administrator for Workday
Partner with functional leaders to analyze process design, improve workflows, and leverage system capabilities
Support reporting needs, system upgrades, testing, and HR technology projects
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
Provide production support by researching and resolving system issues
Lead or contribute to HR initiatives using strong project management skills
Develop documentation, user guides, and deliver training on new functionality
Collaborate with third-party vendors (payroll, integrations, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field
4+ years of HRIS / HCM experience (Workday strongly preferred)
Experience with reporting development and system configuration
Strong understanding of core HR processes, auditing, and compliance
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Consultative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Preferred
iCIMS experience is a plus
