Responsibilities
Understand client business processes to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration and automation
Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications
Build and maintain data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
Apply deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to relevant datasets
Integrate AI/ML models into production systems ensuring scalability and operational stability
Evaluate, validate, and refine models through continuous monitoring and improvement
Document methodologies, ensure reproducibility, and maintain compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deploy secure and efficient solutions
Support broader automation initiatives, including RPA and DevOps processes
Maintain expertise in current AI/ML trends and tools to support innovation efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of AI/ML development experience; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI application development
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience building ML pipelines and deploying scalable APIs using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and time series modeling
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MSSQL
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized/serverless deployment environments
Familiarity with identity and access management, secure integrations, and API-driven architecture
Solid Linux, DevOps, and CI/CD expertise, with experience managing environments for ML deployments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
