Responsibilities

Address plan markups with guidance from experienced drafters and engineers

Review drafting standards and project specifications to understand gas design requirements

Perform backchecks to identify recurring comments and reinforce drafting best practices

Learn how changes on one sheet affect other sheets within a plan set

Participate in project scope reviews with support from the drafting and engineering teams

Build foundational AutoCAD skills, including symbology, terminology, and tool palettes

Gain exposure to regulatory agencies, utility owners, and permitting processes

Complete drafting assignments on time and within allocated hours

Support project and team success through additional assigned tasks

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent

No prior CAD experience required

Currently enrolled in or completed a CAD certificate or degree program
