Icon Protection is a company focused on enhancing digital visibility and user experience. The Website & SEO Specialist will implement strategies to optimize the company's digital portfolio, manage SEO initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the outstanding reputation of the company by always putting the customer first, treating fellow associates with respect, and conducting business with highest integrity
Enhance the user experience by designing and optimizing landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and overall digital interactions for all of Icon’s sub brand websites
Assist in implementing SEO tactics to enhance website visibility and drive qualified leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Brand Experience, Product Management and Channel) to ensure alignment on website enhancements and SEO initiatives
Assist in the creation and management of PIM assets and syndication procedures
Ensure a cohesive brand presence across digital platforms by supporting ecommerce setup requests and performing ongoing audits of merchandising content to optimize Product detail pages and drive sales
Manage and optimize site performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance
Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and indexation problems
Report performance of website metrics, for assessment against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers’ current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
Monitor emerging GEO trends and leverage insights to enhance brand visibility across leading LLMs, ensuring an accurate, optimized, and engaging brand presence
Measure experiments and conversion tests. Help to identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels
Assist in generating monthly reports for digital marketing
Research and stay current on marketing-related best practices and report to team for analysis
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing professional networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

Qualification
Required
Possession of a post-secondary degree or college degree
Minimum 2-3 years in Digital Marketing and Website Development
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and basic SEO principles
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Must be creative, strategic, results-orientated, and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of exceptional time management skills, the ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines with limited supervision
Must be self-motivated and display a professional image in all settings
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
