Recruitment Coordinator
Datavault AI Inc. is a fast-growing technology company at the intersection of AI and data monetization. The Recruitment Coordinator will drive talent sourcing efforts and manage the recruitment lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities
Own LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing: build and save searches, run projects, create talent pools, and manage pipelines
Represent the organization at recruiting events, job fairs, campus engagements, and networking functions to attract qualified talent and build a strong candidate pipeline
Craft Boolean/X-ray strings and iterate on search logic to quickly surface hard-to-find talent
Send high-quality, personalized InMails at scale; track response rates and optimize messaging A/B tests
Conduct initial qualification screens (resume + 15–20 min phone/video) and present calibrated shortlists with notes
Partner with recruiters/hiring managers to prioritize reqs, profile target companies, and define ideal candidate criteria
Post jobs, manage ATS workflows (move stages, update dispositions), and keep candidate data clean and current
Coordinate interviews (phone, video, onsite), handle calendar logistics, confirm details, prep candidates/interviewers
Maintain sourcing and activity dashboards (submissions/week, response rates, interviews scheduled, funnel health)
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional follow-through
Support ad-hoc TA projects (talent mapping, market insights, diversity sourcing, referral campaigns) as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands‑on LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency is required (Projects, Pipeline, Advanced Search, Spotlights, InMail sequencing)
Strong Boolean logic and web search tactics (site:, intitle:, GitHub/portfolio lookups) for targeted talent discovery
Clear, concise outbound messaging skills with evidence of high InMail reply/convert rates
Excellent organization and multitasking, especially balancing sourcing sprints with daily scheduling demands
Detail orientation for ATS hygiene, scheduling accuracy, and consistent candidate updates
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Excel/Teams) and comfortable adopting new TA tools
Professional discretion and confidentiality in handling candidate and company information
High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred
3-5 years in recruiting, sourcing, or agency/RPO staffing with heavy LinkedIn Recruiter usage
