5+ years expProcom is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to support a global Microsoft 365 and identity environment for their pharmaceutical client. This hands-on role involves designing, governing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing Tier 3 support.

Responsibilities
Own the architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID
Manage identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and role-based access models
Design and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and data protection controls
Drive performance, reliability, and secure adoption across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Support cloud transformation initiatives aligned with Zero Trust, endpoint modernization, and digital workplace scale
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements, including GxP, EU data boundary, and PII handling
Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams on integrated solutions
Provide Tier 3 support, troubleshooting complex issues and driving root-cause resolution
Develop documentation, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
Support third-party integrations, PowerShell automation, and continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of Microsoft 365 engineering and enterprise infrastructure support
Deep experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, and Conditional Access
Solid understanding of Zero Trust principles and cloud security best practices
PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Background in endpoint and identity integration
Proven incident management and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience supporting regulated environments (GxP, EU data boundary, PII handling)
Experience integrating third-party applications with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
