Responsibilities
Documenting meeting minutes during the weekly status meetings with the client throughout the maintenance and support agreement
Providing functional support throughout the Requirements Definition processes as needed throughout the agreement
Authoring Detailed Design documentation as needed throughout the agreement
Providing functional expertise during the Development and the Testing processes throughout the agreement
Qualification
Required
At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in supporting environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level)
At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in supporting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience in working with Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software
Certified as Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer)
Certified as Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology
Pega 8.6 platform
Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5
Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP), Java programming language, Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) for RSP related enhancements
Sybase PowerDesigner 15.3 for development of database models
Oracle 12c Backend Database and the main platform to develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages and triggers
Infrastructure – On-premise and cloud

Business Objects Reporting
