Responsibilities
Map the end-to-end movement of blood containers across Collections, Service Delivery, and Warehouse operations
Identify and document all nodes, handoffs, flows, and decision points in the current process
Identify operational gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and redundancies in the lifecycle of blood container movement
Provide support on container-related projects as needed
Assist in creating a business case for the future-state solution
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, and inventory management consulting
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related business or engineering field
Ability to recommend technical solutions or products that meet business needs
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale process mapping or network assessments
Experience using operational mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid, and/or BPMN

Preferred
Experience across multiple industries; retail and life sciences warehouse/logistics experience preferred
