Responsibilities
CI/CD Engineering: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to enable fast, secure, and reliable deployments
Cloud Infrastructure on AWS: Provision, manage, and optimize core AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM) to support scalable, highly available applications
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain IaC frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) to ensure infrastructure is version-controlled, repeatable, and auditable
AI-Enabled DevOps: Leverage AI and automation for log/metric anomaly detection, predictive alerting, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and intelligent CI/CD optimizations
Observability & Reliability: Build and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, etc.) to ensure platform stability and rapid issue detection
Security & Compliance: Implement DevSecOps best practices, including secrets management, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, and automated compliance checks
Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases, infrastructure reliability, and continuous improvement across the SDLC
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Solid expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, etc.)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Experience with Docker and container orchestration (EKS, ECS, or Kubernetes)
Strong experience in scripting (bash, Python)
Working knowledge of Linux, networking concepts, and shell scripting
Experience with industry-standard monitoring and logging platforms
Familiarity with AI-driven operations (AIOps) tools or intelligent observability platforms
Ability to pass a background check
Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with serverless architectures
Exposure to security scanning, compliance automation, or frameworks like SOC2/HIPAA
Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, etc.)
