Responsibilities
Work directly with Emerging Division leadership to define our service offerings, identify and implement technology needs
Develop staff capacity and expertise, and optimize workflows to successfully deliver these services
Serve as project manager on complex and professionally interesting projects
Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams throughout the Upper Midwest, the Southeast, and the Southwest
Leading and supporting continued integration of our Reality Capture practices into other Bolton & Menk service lines such as transportation, architecture, water/wastewater engineering, and land development
Lead and support business development for Reality Capture projects
Qualification
Required
B.S. Degree in Geography, Computer Science or GIS or equivalent from an accredited college
Effective interpersonal written & verbal communication skills
Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Skilled knowledge and skills in ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server and application related extensions
Developing knowledge of data management within Relational Database Management Systems
Developing knowledge of data analytics, advanced data visualization techniques and Big Data
Working knowledge of web-based GIS services and mapping
Possess valid driver's license
Preferred
Master's degree
Eight (8) years or more of related GIS and/or UAV experience
Remote Pilots Certification
Remote Sensing Certification
