Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to current or future patients that have been scheduled for appointments
Update the following patient information within their internal database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc
Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system
Work within Cerner to enter in all of the patients personal information
Qualification
Required

Experience working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
