Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
Wear the necessary safety equipment at all times
Demonstrate dependability and self-motivation
Exhibit a strong sense of accountability
Work with urgency and attention to detail to meet deadlines
Perform basic addition and subtraction accurately
Navigate computer systems competently
Propose improvements to the production process
Adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
Learn to operate additional machines as a secondary role
Qualification
Required
2+ years of machine operating experience
Mechanical inclination
Familiarity with CNC operations
Proficiency in computer usage
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Preferred
Experience with machining, machine operation, and machine setup
Knowledge of lathe, mill, and blueprint reading
Ability to program and operate CNC machines
