Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of youth sports programs
Manage game day operations
Supervise game officials and coaches
Maintain a safe and fun environment
Interact with participants, parents, and coaches
Ensure adherence to i9 Sports standards and policies
Assist with staff scheduling
Assist with training
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Experience in youth sports or event management and a passion for working with children
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt to dynamic environments
Basic knowledge and understanding of sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball and flag football
Available to work Saturdays and have reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
A background in sports management or education
