Business Development Manager - Full Time - Home Care
BrightStar Care is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to grow referral relationships and generate new business for non-medical home care and skilled private duty nursing. This role focuses on outside sales and building long-term healthcare partnerships.

Responsibilities
Generate new business through outside sales, cold calling, and in-person visits
Build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living, nursing facilities, and community partners
Promote private duty nursing and caregiver services
Manage leads, referrals, and sales activity
Attend networking events and community marketing activities
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to build referral relationships and manage a sales territory
Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and face-to-face sales
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel locally within assigned territory
All prospective employees must comply with Florida AHCA background screening requirements
Preferred
Experience selling or marketing home care, private duty nursing, hospice, or healthcare services strongly preferred
2+ years of outside sales experience (healthcare, home health, or medical sales preferred)
