Responsibilities

Assemble small electronic parts in a manufacturing setting
Read and interpret work orders accurately
Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks
Ensure quality control through inspection and packaging
Operate machinery and manage production processes

Required

General production and assembly skills
Reading comprehension and computer skills
Experience with hand tools
Prior manufacturing experience is mandatory
Ability to pass Benchmark Testing with at least 70% and 100% in Reading Comprehension

Preferred

Experience in machine operation, packaging, and inspection
Proficiency in general labor tasks
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
