Responsibilities
Drive improvement activities aligned with organizational priorities, using project management tools and data-informed strategies
Serve as a liaison across departments, fostering collaboration and acting as a change agent to ensure continuity of services and resource optimization
Assist stakeholders and process owners in prioritizing improvement opportunities through continuous assessment and appropriate methodologies
Utilize clinical judgment to retrieve and submit regulatory data accurately and on time
Collaborate with internal and external programming teams to maintain database integrity and functionality
Partner with clinical teams to analyze data, provide insights, and communicate findings to drive strategic improvement initiatives
Maintain knowledge of quality rules and regulations for The Joint Commission and CMS
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field
2 years of relevant Nursing experience
LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan upon hire
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field
1 year of relevant experience with chart review, relevant clinical experience and/or Quality improvement experience
CRT-At least one Certification from preferred list - Institute for Healthcare improvement (IHI), IHI Open School
