Research/Data Analyst Supervisor

Responsibilities

Establish and advance the strategic vision for statewide health planning, policy development, and research initiatives
Provide executive oversight of complex research and analytical efforts that assess healthcare access, quality, workforce capacity, and population health trends across the state
Ensure that rigorous, data-driven methodologies are applied to inform evidence-based policy decisions and that findings are communicated clearly to policymakers, stakeholders, and the public
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and project managers while overseeing the implementation of grants, contracts, and special initiatives operating within OSHPR
Collaborate closely with government agencies, healthcare providers, academic institutions, and community partners to develop and sustain relationships that strengthen public health and healthcare delivery systems, particularly in rural and underserved areas
Synthesize complex health research data and trend analyses to provide actionable guidance that supports informed decision-making, advances public health initiatives, and aligns organizational efforts with statewide health priorities
