Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite support for workstations, servers, networking gear, and VoIP systems
Assist with server deployments, including domain controllers and application servers
Support Windows AD environments, Office 365, Hyper-V virtualization, and terminal servers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving workstations, printers, email, VPNs, firewalls, and more
Maintain internal documentation and follow team processes
Deliver excellent customer service with clear, confident communication
Qualification
Required
Provide remote and onsite support for workstations, servers, networking gear, and VoIP systems
Assist with server deployments, including domain controllers and application servers
Support Windows AD environments, Office 365, Hyper-V virtualization, and terminal servers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving workstations, printers, email, VPNs, firewalls, and more
Maintain internal documentation and follow team processes
Deliver excellent customer service with clear, confident communication
Someone who enjoys troubleshooting and solving real-world IT problems
Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with non-technical users
Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, basic networking (DHCP, IP schema), and Hyper-V
Ability to manage tasks independently and take initiative
Based in the Warner Robins/Macon area with reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with Ubiquiti gear or similar networking equipment is a plus
