Marketing Operations Specialist
Trident Consulting is a U.S.-based IT staffing and consulting firm seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist for one of their clients, a global leader in business and technology services. The role involves managing revenue operations, programmatic operations, and audience management while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own revenue operations including invoicing accuracy, QA processes, and campaign setup aligned with advertiser billing requirements
Manage Keys Programmatic operations, including audience and catalog distribution, data feed monitoring, and overall platform/data-sharing health
Act as the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, handling audience builds, health checks, and technical leadership for future audience and clean room solutions
Support consumer-facing execution, including building landing pages and translating CX insights into actionable improvements
Own and maintain internal documentation, including the Ads New Ventures Wiki, SOP creation, audits, and process updates as the business scales
Collaborate cross-functionally across data platforms, CMS tools, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of relevant experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Operations, or Retail Media
Strong operational and execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising operations and audience management tools (Hightouch preferred)
Familiarity with data platforms, CMS tools, and QA workflows
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments
Agency experience is a strong plus
