5+ years expMindlance is seeking a Project Analyst to support the project team through each project's life cycle. The role requires updating project logs, maintaining onboarding processes, and reconciling contractor invoices.

Responsibilities
Updating the estimate log with assignments of estimates, conceptual designs, and other deliverables requested by project stakeholders
Creation and ongoing maintenance of processes for onboarding, metrics, development of deliverables, and others
Creating / Updating Contractor Work authorizations
Contractor Invoice Reconciliation - review of account allocations and coordination of Team Leader approval
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years of experience as a Project Analyst
Degree in business, administration, or a related field
Knowledgeable in the phases of the gated project management process
Strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
