Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data integrations between Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and other enterprise systems
Utilize integration tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, APIs, and automation workflows to move and synchronize data
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to support business and operational insights
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems
Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies
Document data flows, integration processes, and reporting logic
Support enhancements and continuous improvement of data and reporting solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience working with Smartsheet in an enterprise environment
Experience developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
Hands-on experience with data integration tools (DataMesh, Data Shuttle, or similar)
Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, and data governance principles
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with IBM Maximo (Asset Management, Work Orders, or related modules)
Experience integrating operational or asset management data into reporting platforms
Experience in utilities, energy, asset management, or large enterprise environments
Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or scripting for data integration and automation
